2017 Conference Registration Information

You will need to complete the registration process for each person attending.  If you are registering multiple people you may pay for everyone at one time- please note in the Pay Pal form the names of the people the payment is for.  If you are unable to use Pay Pal as a payment source please email Kristen Howe, Director of Training and Education, at Kristen@nccasa.org to arrange for payment by check.  

Please note that registration is not complete until payment is received by NCCASA and the attendee receives a confirmation email.

Conference fees are as follows:
Current NCCASA members full conference (Tuesday – Thursday)- $125.00
Non NCCASA members full conference (Tuesday – Thursday)- $175.00
One day- $75.00
Full-time undergraduate student full conference (Tuesday – Thursday)- $50.00
Full-time undergraduate student one day- $25.00

If you are unsure of your NCCASA membership status please complete this form and Brynn Fann, Conference Planning Assistant, will follow up within one business day regarding your membership status.

Please note that the Investing in Advocates Pre Conference Institute on Tuesday May 16th is only open to advocates who have worked in the field for one to three years.


Registration FAQ’s:

Can we split one registration between people?
No, an organization may not split one registration between multiple staff.  For example, ABC organization may not send Jane Doe on Tuesday, Bob Doe on Wednesday and Tina Doe on Thursday all under one registration.  Jane Doe, Bob Doe and Tina Doe would each have to register as individual attendees using a one day conference registration.

What if I have to cancel?
A full refund is only given for cancellation of registration received by Friday April 28th.  In lieu of cancellation, you may transfer your registration to another individual.  Please contact Brynn Fann at Brynn@nccasa.org to make these arrangements.

Will I receive an attendance certificate?
Attendance certificates will be available at the close of the conference.  Should you leave early we are not able to provide you with one.
