Two Day Sexual Assault Demonstration Initiative (SADI) Training & Member Meeting
Wednesday September 19th & Thursday September 20th in Durham
The National Resource Sharing Project will be joining us for a two day training to facilitate and share the findings from the final Sexual Assault Demonstration Initiative (SADI) report. SADI was the first large-scale national project to address the challenges dual/multi-service programs face in reaching sexual assault survivors by dedicating resources, support and replicable tools tailored specifically to the needs of those programs. More specifically, SADI can enhance the range of service options for victims of sexual assault; improve the overall treatment of sexual assault victims; and enhance the skills and knowledge of agency leadership to guide the sexual assault services of their agency.
On Wednesday September 19th we invite Executive Directors to join us for this training and conversation. The following day, Thursday September 20th, we welcome all current NCCASA members to join us for a continued SADI training and conversation at our Member Meeting. Please note that Wednesday September 19th is open to Executive Directors only and both days are open to current NCCASA members only. Light morning refreshments, coffee, and lunch will be provided both days. If you have questions please contact Kristen Howe, Director of Training and Education, at Kristen@nccasa.org
