North Carolina Coalition Against Sexual Assault (NCCASA) Launches New Website     As part of NCCASA's ongoing effort to serve as a leader in the movement to end sexual violence, the organization has launched a new website. NCCASA is also hard at work putting together an online library of resources and will be announcing details about that in the coming months.

National Campus Safety Awareness Month     This September marked the 2nd Annual National Campus Safety Awareness Month. Security on Campus (www.securityoncampus.org) has a special site dedicated to providing colleges and victims of sexual assault with needed resources. The site can be found at www.campussafetymonth.org, and includes information about resources, reading lists, and materials you can download.

Upcoming Trainings     Be sure to check out the list of upcoming trainings. Trainings include topics vital to professionals working against sexual assault, are located throughout the state, and are affordable.

TruYouth Magazine     A 40-page magazine created and written for teens by teens! Articles include cover topics such as eating disorders and sexual violence, along with fun quizzes and horoscopes. Available in English only.

Trafficking Packets     Complete resource packets with brochures, posters, handouts, and pamphlets. Available in English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Korean, Indonesian, and Thai.

Membership Brochures     We have stylish new NCCASA membership brochures that we would love for you to have available in your office, thrift store, or just to hand out to friends.

One Victim is Too Many Posters     Small posters with thought-provoking images and statistics on sexual violence. Three different posters to choose from, available in English and Spanish.

Sexual Abuse of Seniors Brochure     We have oodles of the previous Spanish version of this brochure, so it's free and up for grabs! Sorry, still 30/15 cents each for the English version.

Statewide Resource Directory     A spiral bound book full of resources for sexual violence, such as every North Carolina rape crisis center, all nationally-accredited Children's Advocacy Centers in North Carolina, and more.
