The North Carolina Governor’s Crime Commission has released the fiscal year 2019 VOCA & VAWA Request for Applications (RFA) and they are now available on their website.

NCCASA encourages both traditional and non-traditional victim service providers to apply. The application will be available online from November 1st to January 31st. North Carolina Governor’s Crime Commission utilizes the Grant Enterprise Management System (GEMS) for all applications. GEMS requires an agency to create an North Carolina ID before creating your GEMS account. If your agency does not have an active GEMS account, we encourage you to begin this process as soon as possible.
