NCCASA held two day-long summits, intended for SART members representing various disciplines to attend together. The Summits were a great opportunity for multidisciplinary partners from communities that don’t currently have a SART but that are interested in increasing their collaboration. Trainers from law enforcement, healthcare, and advocacy presented information on a variety of topics, including trauma’s impact on the brain, law enforcement investigation techniques, and how to maintain confidentiality.
